The Payroll & HR Support is supporting the timely and accurate running of the payroll
The Payroll & HR Support is also expected to assist the overall HR office, looking after stationery, filing, data management and the assistance with ad hoc queries from employees.
- Supports the Payroll & Benefits Specialist in the preparation and submission of the monthly UK and Irish payrolls through collating, calculating, and entering data into the payroll system
 - Process starters and leavers on the HR and payroll system
 - Looks after office stationery
 - Supports with both hard and electronic filing;
 - Responds to general queries for either HR or payroll/benefits
 - Assists with the development of the functionality of the HR and payroll system
 - Undertakes any other reasonable duties as requested from time to time by the Head of HR
 
Experience Required
Relevant experience in a payroll support role:
- Understanding of payroll and pension processes as well as relevant legislation and its changes;
 - Understanding of pivot tables and V look up
 - Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Excel.
 - Knowledge of HR/payroll systems is an advantage
 - Proven ability to develop and maintain efficient and timely administrative processes.
 - Must be highly organised team player
 - Flexible mindset combined with resilience, strong work ethics and the ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines
 - Excellent attention to detail
 - Service driven, with excellent customer service and communication skills
 - Administration, reconciliation and reporting capabilities
